నా పూర్తి పేరు వేదాంతం శ్రీపతి శర్మ, తెనాలి దగ్గర కుంచవరం మా స్వగ్రామం. ప్రస్తుతం హైదరాబాదు వాస్తవ్యుడను.
నేను తెలుగు, హిందీ భాషలలో కథలు, నాటికలు రచిస్తూ ఉంటాను. నేను ఎక్కువగా ఇష్ట పడేవి సున్నితమైన హాస్యం, ఆలోచింప చేసే కథ, కథనం…ఇలాంటివి.
వివిధ వార పత్రికలలో ప్రాచుర్యం పొందిన కథలు-మాతృభూమి, రహదారి, సుందరం జీవించాడు, స్థాణువు, ఆమడ దూరం, నీ నీడనే, సంపూర్ణం, గొడుగు, కాయిన్ ప్లీస్, (అ)దృశ్యం, కర్మణి సంచరరే, ప్రేమ పిచ్చిది, పెన్నిధి, కిటికీ, కథ, నీకు రెండు నాకు మూడు, బంగారు వాకిలి, గోడ మీద బొమ్మ,
తెరచి రాజు, ఒక బాంబు పేలింది, మనసు మూగది…
నాటికలు (తెలుగు)-పాత్ర, తానే మారెనా?, నిలువుటద్దం, అర్థ రాజ్యం, సత్యమప్రియం (అవార్డు పొందినది), సమాధి…
హిందీ నాటికలు- ఎక్ దిన్ బాజార్ మే (అవార్డు పొందినది), నిశాంధ్, ఖేల్, ఎక్ దిన్ గరీబ్ కే సాథ్, ఆయినా…
ఆకాశవాణి హైదరాబాదు(యువవాణి) నుండి దాదాపు ముప్పయి ఆంగ్ల కథలు కూడా ప్రసారమయినాయి.
ఆంధ్రభూమి మాసపత్రికలో ‘ జ్యోతిర్మయి ‘ అనే మినీ నవల కూడా వెలువడినది.
1993 నుంచి జ్యోతిష శాస్త్రం లో అభిరుచి పెరిగి పలువురికీ దైవానుగ్రహం చేత సలహాలను ఇస్తున్నాను…

Few days back, when I informed about loss of Golden ring of my wife, you immediately comforted us by saying that we would be able to trace it. We searched entire house number of times, at all the possible places, but in vain, but today morning we could find it among the washed clothes kept to be ironed !! I wonder how you could tell us well in advance, that we would able to find it ??

Nice to know that you got this back. Actually, a good Astrologer has the ‘ Prasna Lagnam’ at the back of his mind. This is reckoned from the time of the question on hand. I am reminded of the incident when one elderly gentleman from our group on a pilgrimage to sabarimala was missing. We made several announcements but in vain. I predicted that he can be located 18 Km South West from Pampa and in fact, he was located exactly there by the evening! There many such instances.
The placement of the sevetn house from the ‘Prasna Lagnam’, the planets involved would go a long way in giving clues about missing items, people etc.
The Moons’s position and the yogas involved clarify about the actual possibility of retrieval.
I think this is enough for the moment!
